Plant Update - Field Service

The Plant Update screen – Field Service tab is used by the Field Service module in MJC. You use it to setup pre and post checks that are displayed to field service employees on their PDAs when they are processing jobs. These pre and post checks will appear at the start or completion of jobs that include the selected item of plant.

Plant pre checks are any questions relating to the selected plant item that field service employees need to answer before starting a job. For example, they might need to acknowledge that they are licensed to use the plant item. Plant post checks are questions that field service employees need to answer when they have completed a job. For example, acknowledging that they have left the plant item in good condition.
